Nim terms and conditions
1. House Rules
1.1 Lunch times are from 12:00 to 16:30. For lunch, we ask for a minimum expenditure of €800. This amount may be higher on and around holidays.
1.2 Dinner times are from 7 pm to 1 am at the latest. The minimum purchase for a dinner is €1500, -. This amount may be higher on and around holidays.
1.3 We are not responsible for the final amount of a lunch or dinner. If you have to deal with a maximum budget, as organizer, you are responsible for striving for this. We therefore ask if you, as an organizer, inform your guests yourself about what can and cannot be ordered.
1.4 We charge a service fee of €300, -.
1.5 We ask for a minimum bar turnover of €400 per hour after 00:00.
1.6 We provide still water on the table (of the house).
1.7 There is (at least) one host present at the event. This depends on the size of the group.
1.8 Decorating the space is allowed in consultation.
1.9 Destruction of the building or our property will be charged to the person organizing the event.
1.10 In case of violent or unwanted behavior, we may send guests away.
2. Reservations
2.1 A reservation is only completed when a deposit has been paid. A reservation is only completed when a deposit has been paid. We regularly receive multiple requests for one date. If you, as an organizer, do not confirm immediately by means of a deposit, there is a chance that another party will do this and the date will no longer be available.
2.2 The deposit for dinner or lunch is €500, -. This amount may be higher on and around holidays.
2.3 Up to two weeks before the event, you can cancel free of charge and you will receive the deposit back. After that, there is no way to get the amount of the deposit back. If you make a reservation within two weeks before the date of the event and you have confirmed by means of a deposit, it is no longer possible to cancel.
2.4 The number of people at the event can be changed up to five days before the event. After that, the costs of the number of people who were reported to us will be charged. Increasing the number of people can be done in consultation.
3. Payments and Invoices
3.1 Payment must be made on the evening itself. Cash and debit cards are both possible. If you pay by credit card, 3% of the total amount will be added to the account.
3.2 Company dinners or company lunches can be paid by invoice (if it really cannot be paid on location). The invoice must be paid within 5 days.
3.3 The amount of the deposit will be deducted from the total account.
4. Other
4.1 We may take images in Nim during events and share them on our socials (Instagram and our website), unless otherwise indicated by the guests.
4.2 Our menus are seasonal so they may have changed if you book far in advance.
4.3 Our prices fluctuate.
