Private dining at Nim
Private dining at Nim means exclusive use of the entire restaurant. The canal house is yours, with dedicated staff and a menu Chef Niek creates especially for your group.
Lunch or dinner
Private lunches run from 11:00 to 17:00 and private dinners from 19:00 to 01:00.
For groups of up to 40
Whether you're bringing family, friends or colleagues, we'll set up the room to suit your group and the occasion.
Pricing
Menus and drinks are charged per person, with a minimum spend of €800 for lunch and €1,500 for dinner and a €300 service charge per group. A €500 deposit secures your booking and is deducted from your final bill. Rates may vary around public holidays.

Yes. Every booking gives you exclusive use of the entire restaurant, so there are no other guests in the canal house.
How many guests can Nim host?
Nim hosts groups of up to 40. Planning something smaller? Just get in touch and we'll explore the options with you.
How much does private dining at Nim cost?
Menus and drinks are charged per person, with three-course lunches from €49 per person. There is a minimum spend of €800 for lunch and €1,500 for dinner, plus a €300 service charge per group.
When can I book a private lunch or dinner?
Seven days a week. Lunches run from 11:00 to 17:00 and dinners from 19:00 to 01:00.
Can you cater for dietary requirements or allergies?
Absolutely. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menus are available on request. Just let us know about any allergies in advance and Chef Niek will tailor the menu.
